Question about the New AOF (in General)

I have a +7 AoF.

When I put it on my AS minion it does not change the AS level of that spell which is:
Ablative Shield: 3,379,048/1,626,269 (1,689,534)

BUT...

When he uses it in combat I get this message:
Microchips cast Ablative Shield on all friendly Minions (1484679)

When it is not on that minion:
Microchips cast Ablative Shield on all friendly Minions (1227009)

With it on Microchips I notice I get the 1227009 HP and not the 1484679 HP.

With it on Microchips, only he gets the higher HP which is right. Should not that battle Play-by-Play show the right casting.

When an enchantment gets cast on a minion, the effect of that enchantment gets an extra 14%.

So if you have a 2 minion team (1 minion with a 100k AS and one with a AoF +7), then AS is cast giving each minion +50k HP. The minion with the AoF then gets an additional .14(50k) HP for a total of +57k HP.

The play-by-play does not show the amount cast for, only the amount cast on that minion wearing the AoF.

Wouldn't it then be possible to split it up just like the FB does?
