Clan changes (in Changelog)

- Fixed the "someone left my clan and now his negative points count double" bug. As predicted, this required wiping out all clan points.

- Added graphing of [standard] clan score history. (Right now this is pretty boring.) Dolphin actually wrote code to do this a year ago -- since I had to wipe the history clean, it seemed like a good time to integrate this for real. Thanks, Dolphin!

- Members of economic clans get 5% bonus to forging.

I always thought from a prior changelog that econ clan members got a 5% bonus to forging. IE it costs them 15% of the NW instead of 20%.

that's still true; this change is a boost to RPM effectiveness

Well then, a nice change to forging.

Too bad all BR's history had to be wiped. All the more incentive to get those clan points.

CP got wiped, so nobody has any high scores, so to speak, in regards to Clan Points.
