Question: The fee for creating a new Clan. (in General)

I went to create a new clan, and it was informing me that there is a fee of $102,861 for you to create a new Clan.
Is this correct (I thought it was $10,000.00)?
What dictates the cost?

It comes from your MPR divided by 10.

This is a relatively recent change.
The cost went up as the waiting period to join a new clan once leaving your old one has been abolished.
