Can we get that back? Thanks. I mean... At least give us the bang for our buck...

I don't get why it was taken away. AG and a CoI would get you what 30-40 AC? A corn even, not much would go past +9 or +10.

Agreed. Why not? Was it really that good anyways?

Was a completely needless slap in the face to mages.

100% agreed.
The corn, COI, NS, AS, etc.. should all give AC.
DB's and MgS should not of course.
It has been brought up a few times in the past without much support.
I support JetBlack's plea for help...

I've thought this from the start (except for the NS part, as they weren't around yet.), but never bothered to say anything because i wasnt sure if it was because of my own bias (running a mage and all...)...
But now that I run a tank team, and don't plan to use mages again, i can be guilt free in agreeing that mage items should confer AC, especially considering CoI, NS, and AG have a PR weight of 0.5, and EC, TG, EG, have a PR weight of 0.15... You can blame it on DD's linear damage increase, but then how would BG be explained at 0.15? ;)

I also agree the AC should come back. It makes no sense whatsoever for those items not to give any, especially considering their upgrade cost curves.

It was another stupid idea Jon bought in to nerf mages. Along with most of changes and items. Expect nothing less.
Either way, the mage AC is needed imo.
