Wow, what a jerk.
Is this post meaning Superman9 has had his ban expire or does it mean he's at it again trying to make new characters and they were banned?

Banned = banned. There is no such thing as expiration. He made new character trying to rejoin and is caught.
Sigh, it's almost sad that he's still trying to scam. A banned user jumps in with a multi. There are other games out there, go waste their time.
