help with AoF (in General)

I currently have an AoF equipped on one of my minions. From reading the wiki, and also from experiencing battles against other characters that utilize an AoF, my Enchant Offense, that is my Ethereal Chains, should be increased. however after testing my EC, has remained at 1.8mil which is the pre bonus score. From the train page i can only see the bonus that I am receiving from my Corn, for all of my trained enchantments, that is there is no increase at all from the AoF.

However the skill increase is currently working. Can some one please help me or tell me what is going on.

It doesn't increase the effect of YOUR EOs, in increases the effect of your OPPONENTS' EOs. The ones that they cast on you.

it doesn't increase your EO, it increases the EO casted on you.

For example, AoF will increase the AS effect on chosen minion, but it will also multiply EC on that same minion. So it'll have bigger str/dex penalty.
