Angel of Death [Hell Blenders] February 21 2008 6:09 AM EST

441% for me

QBJohnnywas February 21 2008 6:10 AM EST

Shame my NCB just ran out two days ago....Any chance of an extension Jon?

Kong Ming February 21 2008 6:11 AM EST

Think its adjusted to the remaining NCB time. That's why mine is higher...

mollevitteN February 21 2008 6:39 AM EST

WOW! mine is 992% until March 19... That's a wicked bonus!

Wizard'sFirstRule February 21 2008 6:39 AM EST

mine is over 1300%. do I win?

mollevitteN February 21 2008 6:45 AM EST

Guess you do =) Just discovered my new BA price... 7,456$ pr. BA... Ouch =)

Wizard'sFirstRule February 21 2008 6:46 AM EST

I guess NCB bonus applies to BA cost as well. that makes NCB so much more expensive to run.

mollevitteN February 21 2008 6:48 AM EST

You're probably right. And it's fair I think, I just got a chock when I wanted to buy some of my BA =)

QBJohnnywas February 21 2008 6:53 AM EST

7,456$ pr. BA..

WHOA.

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] February 21 2008 8:34 AM EST

70 odd XP for losing, 800+ (with a high Challenge Bonus) for winning.

That's the same sort of XP I saw back with the original NCB, on Wacky XP time. ;)

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] February 21 2008 8:35 AM EST

"I guess NCB bonus applies to BA cost as well. that makes NCB so much more expensive to run."

Worked like that from day one. When I questioned it, Jon said he wanted it as a Tax for restarting.

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] February 21 2008 8:38 AM EST

I guess losing is much more of a problem than before.

Not sure if that's a good or bad thing yet.

three4thsforsaken February 21 2008 10:43 AM EST

1551% NUB

forging anyone? The last NUB forgers are going out with a bang!

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] February 21 2008 5:00 PM EST

I'm a doofus.

I'm seeing 800 odd XP per minion. I've got two, and the 800's I was getting in wacky time (first NCB round) was with a single minion. LoL!

SimplyNic February 21 2008 5:22 PM EST

430% here

smallpau1 - Go Blues [Lower My Fees] February 21 2008 5:24 PM EST

"going out with a bang" is too correct...

AdminG Beee February 21 2008 5:31 PM EST

1,618% NCB bonus and $20,333 to buy a single BA.

Fortunately I've only got 14 days of NCB left so it's only going to cost me $40,991,328 if I want to buy BA each day. I won't/can't...

I like the change though and I'm sure it will work out well in the end. I just feel sorry for the folks that have recently come out the end of an NCB run without any benefit from the recal. I guess that couldn't be helped and I should be happy a changelog has went in my favour this time... Five years of CB and it was bound to happen eventually :)

Chatmail: NCB adjusted to 16.2075432426

x10^2, apparently o.O

QBRanger February 21 2008 5:45 PM EST

Beee,

Too expensive yes, but Jon did raise the bonus from native BA and made the BA available to be bought less.

You should do quite well even without buying any BA.

AdminG Beee February 21 2008 5:53 PM EST

Indeed Ranger. I'm not complaining, but after buying BA for so long it kinda feels weird now that I'm not going to be doing it every day.

Also, if the NCB is aimed at getting to 95%, assuming you replicate and keep up with the BA usage of the top MPR in the game, people are still going to fall short as a result of the inhibitive nature of the cost. That said, purchasing minions and using a RoE may very well be an ideal workaround.
Remember, NCB users are supposed to be experienced players and should plan their new character very carefully.
