NUB forgers (in General)

This isn't a rant about them, or support for them. But one of the main issues at hand once they have finished their NUBs is not the amount of cash they have made (i think all NUBS make pretty decent cash...) or that they are taking jobs away from old-timers (seeing as, in two days, the biggest and baddest lose their bonuses, and it won't be long until the others ar phased out).

But the top forging scores in the high scores will stay as they are for quite a while. Granted, it's only a statistical thing, but then again, so is having the highest score, longest winning streak, or even the highest MPR... Being highly ranked IS an accomplishment. yet, the top 2 forgers for the year are currently NUBs who have been forging for less than a month and a half. They both seem more than willing to admit they really don't deserve the top spots... Any chance we could bump them offa the high scores list (or if ya wanna get really complicated about it, remove their bonus amount from their forging scores to get a more accurate representation of where they should be...)? Seems like it would benefit all involved, except the NUB forgers who themselves will agree they should not be where they are...

Obviously the answer will be no as the bonus was not changed or removed when this was first questioned by the community.

While it is quite a pathetic byproduct of the accelerated NUB, it was part of the game and IMO should stay until the time makes it pass. They did in fact actually forge that much NW.

Just as if a NUB passes a vet in MPR, they are there in the stats for everyone to see.

We're not sitting with 2 NUBs at 5m MPR after a month and a half with 2-3 more on the way, now are we? :P

I'm totally fine being knocked off the list, I forged to save up cash for my real NCB, not to break any records. (Well I did try to break the 24 hour record for a bit by rigging buy buyage, got $10,109,468 ^^)

I totally agree that my forging has been an unfair exploit of the game, I just got lucky I guess.

But I'd hate to screw over smallpau1, Wasp and other Vet forgers because of this, cause they play for those records.

See, NUBs are people too :)
I see what hatchetman is getting at and why the forgers are so cheesed off. These records have been set and will be around and unbeatable for quite a while and no matter how hard they work they can't beat them.
