No. A VB (Vorpal Blade) is a weapon. It does not grant AC. It cuts through AC like a hot knife through butter.

im thinkin he wants the life leach thats why he didnt change to a vorpal. Thats the drawback of that, no life leach but better dmg.

seriously... I would like to see the day when freed's AC achieves absolute damage reduction :D So I hope Jon won't do anything drastic until the day comes !

we have the VB to keep massive reduction out of hand (AC), as well as DM (to offset protection) and don't know what can be done about the ToE aura part.

Maybe we should have an item to reduce the XP on tats during a fight. LOL.

I'm really looking forward to it as well - and I hope Jon HAS something planned. I recall him saying he had an idea, though, so it's all good.

If Freed ever does reach total physical damage reduction, then he can focus all his XP into mage-busting. No need for EC, Evasion, or any of that.

Its too expensive to get to 477 - 470 may be possible. I am sure something will get nerfed in the meantime. I was thinking about protection against non DM chars - but most I fight have some DM.
