The max PR you can accept is 56,696,384 and I have a 1 MPR character and I still can't join the clan. There is something wrong with that.
does the specific clan have 10 members? If so you can't join, if not I don't know.
no 10 members yet, far from actually, only 4 and 4 members together, only 6 active characters in the clan.
you recently left one and still have the cooling down period?

I remember reading about regular clans and the same problem.
Seems to be some kind of bug.
All the other threads ended with an admin manually moving the char into the clans IIRC.

There is no cooling down period.
Wasn't it increased to 15?
