QBRanger June 9 2008 8:07 AM EDT

At least it makes all NUBs from this point on truly a NEW user.
Nice change.

AdminQBGentlemanLoser [{END}] June 9 2008 8:19 AM EDT

Wizard'sFirstRule June 9 2008 9:15 AM EDT

{CB1}-Mokaba June 9 2008 9:17 AM EDT

Only if they finish the tutorial lol.

Lochnivar June 9 2008 9:19 AM EDT

there's a tutorial?

j'bob June 9 2008 9:31 AM EDT

Well, if they don't finish the tutorial, they're not likely to pick up much more than if they just browsed the wiki for a number of months, which is perfectly legal.

Brakke Bres [Ow man] June 9 2008 10:43 AM EDT

Poor non nub users.

AdminNightStrike June 9 2008 12:00 PM EDT

You might want to clear out the remaining facebook accounts first. That is, the ones that are still around from the testing period.

three4thsforsaken June 9 2008 2:07 PM EDT

nice change!

Brakke Bres [Ow man] June 9 2008 2:08 PM EDT

yeah my nolti FB account is still alive.

INDColtsFan18 June 9 2008 2:10 PM EDT

Just to let you know, when my tutorial messed up, I still burned about 600BA perfectly fine, it was just annoying having a little box at the top screaming at me to do stuff.
So technically they could never finish the tutorial and then restart later. Of course this is a good change for currently made accounts because they most likely have completed it.

three4thsforsaken June 9 2008 2:15 PM EDT

yeah, I've never finished the tutorial, I'm not sure how, but I got so excited and just kept fighting the second I could. Could this be a problem?

AdminJonathan June 9 2008 3:41 PM EDT

> Could this be a problem?

no, i've got that covered

Brakke Bres [Ow man] June 9 2008 5:34 PM EDT

what about the guy that finishes the tutorial, thinks the game is lame and quits right after finishing.
But somehow manages to find the game again after 6 months, makes a new account because he forgot his last one.
What happens to this guy? Is he multi?

Flamey June 9 2008 5:45 PM EDT

It's still not, he doesn't have any knowledge anyway.

AdminG Beee June 9 2008 5:51 PM EDT

If he makes a new account and still has an existing account then yes, that would be considered a multi account abuser.

The admins aren't robots though, (although I sometimes kinda wonder about Bart) so if it's obviously just mistakes from newbs that we're dealing with, we'll use our initiative.

TheHatchetman June 9 2008 5:55 PM EDT

Those are all the dudes you see banned without threads ^_~

TheHatchetman June 9 2008 5:59 PM EDT

by that, I meant the excess accounts were banned, the dudes' and dudettes' original accounts are left unharmed :P 9 times out of 10, these accidental multis are discovered by players who direct them to the nearest admin, the player tells the admin what's up, the admin does what is right... 1 time out of 10, the admin finds the multi, asks them about it, is told what's up, and the admin does what is right... ^_^

You admins are like cops, only friendlier and without all the abuses of power and civil rights violations... :P

Admin{CB1}Slayer333 [SHIELD] June 9 2008 7:11 PM EDT

AdminG Beee June 9 2008 7:13 PM EDT

1 time out of 10...?
