No, not that I lose to Freed, well sort of.

It is that with normal ammo I win quite easy.

But a simple stack of uber upgraded ammo causes me to lose even before I can get to swing my MH.

Such a massive change in a battle for a small cost.

That, as they say in Brooklyn, is utter crap.

He's complaining that upgraded ammo is too cheap for what it gives.

Umm, he beats you if he pays that extra money, he can't normally beat you, so its not a constant thing. I wouldn't be worrying.

Upped ammo is of the same ilk as seeker arrows...

I liked seeker arrows, I like that Freed and Mikel can choose to beat me if they want to spend the cash...

that being said... it HURTS

It's a constant thing if he can afford it ;'D and Freed can certainly afford it!

I'm with novice, it's just one of those 'choose to beat you if they spend the cash' things....but when you say it is of the same ilk as seekers, do keep in mind that Jon felt it worthwhile to remove them from the game.

+3 Arrows + Named are pretty cheap, doesn't even really cut much into my profits.

hmm so what takes you less than a CB an arrow costs me around 17 mil to combat... sweet

Freed is quite easy to beat actually.

Exacerbation's explosive shot hit Pepper [1322], Sour [528], Sweet [0], Spice [528]


Ammo or not. Same result.

maximus not everyone will put that much into ec. and all he needs is 1 str and all that ec is a waste... then it would hurt.

Maximus is an RoBF team..... whoa this is getting confusing!

He also has a very focused strat which has no real defense against magic damage (or another large RoBF)

All teasing aside that is rather the point, have fun and be different (or at very least try to).

Then let us give melee tanks and mages a "cheap" way to increase their damage in a defensive way to stop from being farmed.

Well, strats are different. You want a cheap way to not be farmed ?
Buy a ranged weapon and get some ammo.
You don't want to do that ? Oh well. It's your strat.

I don't have a problem with it. It seems to be only the top players, and Jon wants to please the whole community not jsut the top, imo. If he did something to help ranger, it would hurt freed, so why not just leave it. Not everyone can be a winner.
