Once I train up my new minion with a SFBM strategy I wanted to transfer to a permanent strategy that has between 1 and 3 minions. (I also want it to be fairly cheap). Post your suggestions here please.
1 minion, AS with DM with a Hal. It's great for growing, and will keep your options open. It'll kill most SFBM teams and will help against the growing number of ED + familiar strats.

If I were to use this strategy, what kind of equipment should I use?

Junction with amulet of focus, beleg's gloves, elven boots, and buckler of mandos. (I might be forgetting something)

A HoC may also be beneficial, but depending on how much you're relying on your EDs, you may also consider a Cornuthaum... Either way, one more piece of equipment DoS forgot that I would *definitely* advise if you plan on running that strategy is a Halidon Familiar :P
