Not sure if its supposed to be like that or if there is a problem but the tatoo artist doesn't work. You can select the tatoo but the menu where you choose into what is empty.

Tat Artist was changed. You have to have the tat you wanna change from and the tat you wanna change to.

So if I want to change my ToE to a RoBF and I need to find an RoBF base? and it will become the high level of my ToE, will my ToE become base then or is the ToE gone permanently?

FailBoat[SG] [Forever Alone] November 24 2008 3:44 PM EST

ToE Goes byebye

Rawr November 24 2008 3:44 PM EST

You can change it back though for free

FailBoat[SG] [Forever Alone] November 24 2008 3:50 PM EST

Within a few days.

this doesn't make sense....i need two tatoos to change it from one to another? i thought the whole point was to be able to change it to a tatoo you DON'T have. through a money fee, say 500,000 or 1 M, whatever it is.

In the first box, put the high level tattoo that you want changed. Second box, put in the base (any lvl really) tattoo of the type you want to use.

Outcome: High level tattoo of the type you wanted.

Yeah, it's an attempt at come form of system control over the number of tat changes... it's made lots of folks unhappy. Some folks have even left.

All of this could be solved by simply altering the style of store/auctions we have so people are less inclined to hoard

{EQ}Viperboy November 24 2008 7:25 PM EST

Well I'm trying to get an RoBF, and there isn't one in auctions to buy, No one has to sell as I posted a WTB in forums a long time ago, and I don't have one and tatoo artist can't change my existing tatoo to one. So there is no way to get one unless it magically spawns right and thats not likely to happen probably.

Wizard'sFirstRule November 24 2008 7:27 PM EST

offer more money, and someone would sell, I assume.

PearsonTritonRaveshaw November 24 2008 7:44 PM EST

An IF does twice the damage of an RBF that is equal in level.

Wizard'sFirstRule November 24 2008 7:47 PM EST

RBF offers reasonable defense and harder to kill on a 10m HP minion.
