It's the forums and chat of a game. Nothing life-shattering. Nothing detrimental to your future.

If you don't like something, you don't need to spend every waking moment of your life looking at it, mulling it over, crying about it, whining about it, or arguing about it. Either ignore it, or talk to somebody about it.

Everybody keeps blowing things way out of proportion. "Oh noez, my alliance of clans is being ganged up on by a group of other clans!" or "Oh noez, some people did some things in chat I don't like, and I don't feel like moving to a private room, PMs, CMs, or an external form of communication where I won't get in trouble, but rather stay steadfast where I am and argue and complain to the death!"

It's, well, childish. The [P]G rule is seeming more and more appropriate recently. Is CB currently stuck in some kind of backwards place on the internet where everybody slowly un-matures over time? I hope that we won't be forced to change diapers in chat any time soon.

What's funniest about it, at least to me, is that I'm probably going to get comments about this, like this, in this thread. :)


So, now, anybody doing anything interesting for Christmas? Getting any interesting gifts? I don't really know what to ask for myself, so I guess I'm kind of hoping that hearing what other people want or are getting might give me some ideas. :)

Yay for Christmas! We're not doing anything really special, it's our first Christmas with snow though and the intense cold. Right after Christmas we're going to florida for 2 1/2 days though. What a drastic climate change!
