Someone is having fun with a sex offender registry. The two little eyes and open mouth are some person suddenly realizing that both neighbors and police will track his or her every move for life.

I usually just write it as 'Thor', but I understand it can look a little different in other Tongues. On the other hand, 90% of the populace are totally unable to pronounce Mjolnir (Or Mjöllnir, if you want to be all ööööööööö) properly...
