CB at Cache Flush (in General)

For the past two days, CB died right at cache flush and stayed dead for at least a few hours.

A) Is this happening to anyone else like I think it is?

B) Maybe this should be looked into to see if it's a problem that is going to keep arising every morning?

I know for a fact that it happened to me and MK last night at the same time it did to you. I went to type "lol" in response to something one of you said in main chat, and then chat went white. I clicked refresh and the whole site died on me.
The night before, I at least had chat. Anyway, we're not the only ones: Clicky!

"Sorry, we had a years-old dormant infinite loop bug that someone finally triggered. Once he chewed up all the connections there was no more CB for anyone. It's fixed now."

but, it was fixed yesterday, doesn't explain why there was another dead time this morning.
