If people choose to sacrifice there bonus to farm you, you should have no problem with it. As you should easily outgrow them. =).

Admindudemus [jabberwocky] March 2 2009 4:30 PM EST

i took a look at your 24 hour fight summary and the only one hitting you is someone else in your own clan. did this happen before then?

Admindudemus [jabberwocky] March 2 2009 4:32 PM EST

perhaps i looked at the wrong character?

farming in this game is usually defined as someone attacking you as you are fighting so that they do not have to wait for the heal timer and can go through their ba faster.

perhaps you mean they are just attacking you?

if ur in a clan, prepare to be farmed is all i can say

Admindudemus [jabberwocky] March 2 2009 4:37 PM EST

that is really the only way that others attacking you is hurting you, they remove clan points and make it harder for you and thus your clan to remain high enough to get a bonus. it is a part of the clan warfare system in the game.

the reason you do not see more of it is that people in the 7 to 10/20 ba regen ranges have to deal with challenge bonuses as well. usually clan bonus would not outweigh the challenge bonus. however those in the 6/20 ba regen rate zone do not get a negative challenge bonus and rarely a positive one, so they can attack pretty much anyone in game. they do however usually get lesser rewards for doing so than for higher scored characters.

I try my best to farm people in the 90-100% challenge bonus range otherwise I'm losing out on a lot. Also Being farmed is part of the game I've had to come to terms with it. I know it's annoying but it's part of the game.

Neither of you are getting farmed very hard...

{Wookie}-Jir.Vr- March 3 2009 7:48 PM EST

I'm being farmed ^^
21 people
Totals: 530 32 3 0 93.81

It's read as my toon has been attacked 565 times in the last 24 hours by 21 people and of those fights 530 won.

THATS being farmed :)

Admindudemus [jabberwocky] March 3 2009 11:48 PM EST

i have been getting around 900 fights against me recently, i have gotten rather close to 1000 per 24 hours a few times and am at 958 as of writing this. ; (

Haloki March 4 2009 12:24 AM EST

If you dont like getting fought then do not play CB

AdminShade March 4 2009 1:20 AM EST

those people with massive higher scores only fight you for clan points.

Because you are so small they hardly get any rewards from you and thus you can gain on them ;)

AdminTal Destra March 4 2009 1:22 AM EST

you don't know what farming is til you look at kevlar, he has been fighting for a 3k raw score and ends up in the negatives daily.

Haloki March 4 2009 1:24 AM EST

look at me as well (i try i try)

Wizard'sFirstRule March 4 2009 4:00 AM EST

I think this point need to be made to new players: getting farmed give you XP, embrace and thanks them for it. The only loss on your side is clan points, when you should have no problem getting lots of.

Reads to me as your character has won 32 defensive battles with 3 defensive draws. Money and XP for no BA spent is always nice ^_^

{WW]Nayab [Cult of the Valaraukar] March 4 2009 4:38 AM EST

This is a sensitive topic but i do agree that the only problem you specifically have would be a severe loss of clan points which could be fixed by creating a new character and switching into your clan, but otherwise being 'farmed' is actually not likely going to affect you (besides a mild loss in score) in any overriding way.

Zenai [Cult of the Valaraukar] March 4 2009 7:16 AM EST

Its not really Farming it is Clan Point Targeting.

You see as has already been iterated these people are not getting any rewards for fighting you they get a negative bonus and waaayy lower if any exp and CBD. What they do get is Clan Points which is their objective, if they can't beat the higher ups in your Clan and they don't mind the sacrifice (Most Hardcore Clanners Don't BTW) then they will target you for those CPs.

What you get in return for the loss of CPs is Exp and CBD. Which means you save BA and therefore can grow your Character faster.

To be honest be smart about this rather than groan or complain about it use it to your advantage. Learn the lesson from this and Start Targeting whoever you can as well to get those CPs back if that is your aim.

Don't train all that Exp for a while just let it stack up then train that massive amount (I would say around 1 or 2 mil Exp at least)and before you know it you will be targeting the people who Targeted you in the first place :)

I've been getting farmed a lot harder then Kev lately, I fight for about a 3200 raw score a day, and I'm usually very close if not negative.

A few days ago I had a raw score of 3400ish and my score was -1200ish

I've seen as many a 1200 fights per 24 hours :(

:D

Fun times!
