Now, not to be a stick in the mud or anything, but I know as a chat-op I'm supposed to kick people from chat for discussing drugs and such but yet we have a thread completely about the topic. Everyone knows what this topic is about and the link posted above proves that. I would like to know that if this is allowed in forums then I would guess it's allowed in chat. I just need to know.

Well I started a thread with close to a 100 replies in it that had Marijuana in the title.

I don't think marijuana is a non-pg topic as long as it's not people advocating it, or trying to get other people to try it.

To some people it's a medical treatment, and you wouldn't go trigger happy on someone talking about Tylenol now would you?

I've been using my vaporizer today. Awesome stuff.

A vaporizer gives a weird high. I don't enjoy it as much.

Vaporizer is straight up THC, a regular high has all the other chemicals.

No. It's definitely a different high. I know the theory behind a vaporizer, I also know I've smoked out of a vaporizer plenty of times and it's a much, much, more clear-headed high. Which I'm not particularly fond of.

The general "rule" on the internet seems to be that wherever the site is hosted (in this case, the US), the forums abide by the laws of that nation.

I have no doubt that some users play in areas where smoking pot is legal. Luckily, CB is a US-based game, so to me it's common sense that we just abide by the rules of the nation CB is based in.

OB, sorry after rereading it and responding to several chatmails, I realize how anti religion that came across, and it wasn't intended that way.

I hold nothing against anyone of any religion, I believe that each person has the right to believe whatever they want.

I just find that 9 out of every 10 people (mostly in RL) who want to argue potitics (new word I just made up, deal with it) are on the extreme bible beater side of things. It's one thing to be a man/women of faith, it's another to be a freak who memorizes every page and goes around openly judging others, and trying to convert every single person to their way of thinking.

So maybe I could have been less aggressive at people of faith as a whole, but in aftermath just know that I most likely wasn't directing that at you or anyone in CB in general as I don't think we have any of these people in the community.

(The kind of people that go to soldiers funerals with signs about how the dead soldier is going to hell)

To be fair, all the "drug education" I've received (from the public school system in a blue state) puts it in the same light. "It's illegal. Why do you think it's illegal? Cuz it's bad. It will destroy your memory and lead you to try other drugs and get addicted and join gangs." It's ignorance, but it's government-inflicted ignorance.

I've been smoking weed for 5 years now, and I've never tried another drug or joined a gang.

Unless I read it wrong, he was talking about how the state education teaches things, which are if you smoke weed you're going to either die, have a kid, join a gang, or do other harder drugs.

What a good night.

Went down to a local coffee shop where they have an "open mic" night where a bunch of weirdo's read their poetry, which wasn't that cool, but there was a lot of local musicians tonight that played some really cool stuff, all for free. Everyone was eating yummy muffins and hanging out, then we all went down to the river and had a bonfire and roasted marsh mellows and celebrated 4/20 and had like a total hippy drum circle of sorts for awhile which was cool. (somewhere in between had an awesome dinner too)

So yah, hope everyone else had a good day!

It starts with a Law abiding citizen, who likes to go out at the weekend, down 12 pints and fight people. And swaps next verse to a Pot smoking student who wants nothing more than to play computer games and eat pizza (without chicken).

But the first is a legal upstanding citizen, while the second is someone who should be jailed just for being.

The versus swap back and forth between the two, until the boozer tries to fight the student. ;)

I used to smoke hash during my years in CB1, but now at the time of my comeback Ive been without for a decent period of time. I wouldnt mind a joint but im not actively seeking it, I prefer that to using $70-$100 a day to fund my habbit :) Thank god I have poker to fund that consumption.
