The Cornerback23 is a user, Bank of CB23 is the char. I did business with him before thats how I know, I hope it helps :)

Depends, I presume him and The Cornerback having an agreement on it.
On the other hand, I have not seen a confirmation about it.

I think Cornerback sold his gear, the bank's got some CB cash that I presume is part of the same deal.
