Wierd Hal results? (in General)

Why is my hal ony hitting once? This fight was against Frank Sanbeans. From my post battle stats my hal still had more dex, also the + too hit on my mageseeker is only 26.

dex difference between his two characters i would guess. his mage probably doesn't train dex at all.

Evasion on one of the minions.

what is your tat level or max tat, whichever one is being used to determine hal level for you?

Probably the penalties in early missile rounds.

yeah, and the evasion boosts in early rounds, i missed the evasion.

My tat is right at my max right around 191k. I believe jw is right. The first minion has evasion trained (which my hal is targeting). Than my mageseeker automatically goes for the second minion, and doesnt have too deal with the evasion. Here's the link too the team.

perhaps same problem?

you're at such a low lvl the pth on the hal is probably not higher then +26 combine that with the evasion on the target minion and you hit only ones then.
