Currently, the Hal is up to 23/49 (53.1% to go).
I propose that we vote two of these into existence right away, since the total number of votes is half of what we normally consider to be reasonable, and there is quite a demand for Hals at the moment.
What do you think?

Huzzah! I just dropped the final vote. Now, should the herd still go for the 2nd Hal for the BoM?
