I always assumed all the BM votes became available for everyone on Monday. Is this true?

It is Monday for me, as far as my poor memory recalls it has always thus...
after cache flush monday morning from my experience.
at some point in the past though it used to appear seven days after your last vote iirc.

I remember that also, I think from CB1.
So you could vote at 11:59 PM Sunday night, and be able to vote again within the next 3-5 hours?

I have voted on Sunday and then again on Monday.

I believe it's cache flush.

I believe it's before cache flush.
Yesterday I had spent mine, this morning I have mine again and it's before cache flush.
