$1389 : Magic Number (in General)

Little Anthony June 7 2009 1:56 AM EDT

I have been paying $1389/BA since like 4mil Mpr. Now it is 5mil and this number is still the same. Looks like it is capped here.

Mikel [Bring it] June 7 2009 1:58 AM EDT

That is how much I pay.

{Wookie}-Jir.Vr- June 7 2009 2:30 AM EDT

$4,079 each here. :(

Wow... I'm really spending almost 5.5 million a week on BA alone.

$2,094 apiece at 100k with a NCB and I make 80 dollars a battle if I win LOL..you just think its rough up there

three4thsforsaken June 7 2009 2:52 AM EDT

$1,367 here

Wizard'sFirstRule June 7 2009 2:56 AM EDT

mine is stuck at 1276 for ages.

TheHatchetman June 7 2009 2:58 AM EDT

I believe he's actually been hoping for a higher cost and the higher base rewards that come with the cost :P

On a semi-related note, a 15% increase in 3/4's MPR (an additional 650k MPR) would only result in a 1.6% efficiency boost...

three4thsforsaken June 7 2009 3:00 AM EDT

what do you mean by % efficiency?

Little Anthony June 7 2009 3:04 AM EDT

TH is right, this flat base cost only means the growth rate is pretty much flatten.

Cube June 7 2009 4:19 AM EDT

Sounds like a bug.. maybe?

Soul Eater June 7 2009 4:38 AM EDT

Mine is $3,879.

three4thsforsaken June 7 2009 5:07 AM EDT

You guys do know we're talking about non-NCB BA right?

Soul Eater June 7 2009 5:12 AM EDT

Oh, no I didn't know that sorry.

Sickone June 7 2009 6:33 AM EDT

The BA cost depends on the ratio between your MPR and the top MPR in the game... if you're the top MPR yourself (or very close to it), it's only natural that the BA cost would never change - you've reached the maximum :P
But anyway... it's only your MPR growth that's linear, your XP growth (and CB$ income, if you ignore the latest reductions) is slightly exponential as long as your targets keep increasing in PR and score at the same rate you are.

AdminShade June 7 2009 6:52 AM EDT

BA buying prices aren't capped but they only seem to increase at certain MPR amounts.

i.e. it's not linear

Soxjr June 7 2009 8:18 AM EDT

$1,074 is the price of mine.. I am just under 2.8 mil mpr.

AdminTal Destra June 7 2009 8:41 AM EDT

You may purchase up to 144 BA for $1,276 apiece.
at 3m mpr
