supportership and accounts (in General)

can we get the supportership changed so that it gives the individual 1 year to log in to there account before it is deleted. I would like to c all old unused accounts deleted ther items destroyed and all traces removed from item stat pages. It also means anyone coming back can start with a fresh NUB and not have to do an expensive ncb if they have been away for a couple of years and decide to come back to join us.

What are the thoughts of the general cb community in relation to this?

if we did that, then who would we be fighting at the lower tiers to get to the higher tiers?

Bad idea. We need as many characters in the game as possible. If there is suddenly no inactive accounts, the characters in the lower ranges will be diminished and only the active users who have farms will still be there. I don't the see the problem with inactive users? Whats the downside?

It also don't think its fair for a vet to wait a year then come back, get a NUB, and use all their previous knowledge to dominant the game.

NO! then people will log off, wait til the account disappears and do the NUB all over, i mean sure there are going to be changemonths but im sure that if say, novice for instance, quit and came back for a NUB he would own hardcore and there would be nothing we could do about it.

Hmmm well that is a two way street.

On one hand I can see this being a good thing because they were really not that into CB at the time or wasted their NUB or something like that.
Then when they come back they find that they have a new chance to have a fresh start.

On the other hand I can see some people getting quite aggravated because of this. They had to leave for a while and were not expecting to be gone for so long. Only to come back and see their char, cool items and everything gone. What a bummer that would be.


However I do have to say that this is not the first Thread with this same or similar idea.

My thoughts from this Thread,on an overall, apply to this one as well.

Imagine this:
A top player sells out.
They wait a year, go inactive and get deleted.
When they return they have a NUB and decide to use all that money they made selling out to buy CB$.
Now they have a huge XP bonus and enough cash to fund anything they want.

This would be quite unfair if you ask me.

Your idea would bring a little dose of chaos to CB. I like that, regardless of fairness and stability.

CB is too static as it is.

It would actually make multi accounting legal. I don't agree with that, sorry.
