Put the tattoo artist back on CB$ fee only, please (in General)

The price of tattoos has reached a ridiculous level, and new players have an insanely difficult time in getting any of them, even if they're vital to pretty much any half-decent strategy.

The reason for that can almost exclusively be traced back to the destructive nature of the tattoo artist.

Please put it back to a fixed-fee version, even if you increase the fee from the original 400k to something like 1 mil.
Or maybe, make it a variable fee, like, say, for instance, (200k + (tattoo level / 10)) or anything you like.
Just don't leave it as the means to destroy tattoos.

Yes and it really doesn't help when older players get the base tattoos from auction for very low prices and try to sell to new players for double thinking we won't know what the average price of items are.

The prices for tattoos were fine before. The ridiculous amount of money coming in from the tournament keeps driving all the prices up.

Like any other item in the game, when it is in auctions, everyone has a chance to bid on it.

And if you can turn a profit due to supply and demand, there is nothing wrong with that either.

People have done this from the very beginning of CB. With the tattoo artist change, now tattoos are in this class.

People buying low and selling high.

All I can say is, Pay more attention to auctions. I bought my base RoBF for less than 300k in this tournament.
