A huge congrats for the accomplishment!
There seems to be a wave of succesful 3 mil runs going on right now. In just the past two weeks, this makes the two of you, Lefty, myself, and I think there's someone else I'm forgetting.
Good job! I'll catchup eventually :D
Making it to 4M without hiring would be incredible, imo. Amazing run!
