What is the threshold for a character's score to be low enough for auto retire? My newly bought char's score has been falling consistently and is now below my PR. It would be very bad for forging if it got retired...

I think when score is 1/10th of the PR.

I thought it was 1/3 or 1/4th.

The actual ratio is subject to change, but low enough that a normally equipped character will not have to worry.

Great then. I don't think a forging char counts as an active char in the score/PR sense though. Hopefully my score won't fall that low.

I'm very sure it's 1/3rd. If you ever get that low, just fight a few times should bump you up fine. Any reasonably decent strat without any holes shouldn't fall that low though.
