Answer: No, needs more CBD or USD Injection or an insane amount of Cheap Forging and Planning.
If buying BA the entire time will actually get a NCB into the Top Tier as proposed with proper funding.
Answer: Depends on the Strategy, with a Tank....No not without major USD Injection.
How much funding it would take to properly fund a Successful NCB.
Answer: Dependent on Strategy. For a Tank Single Minion Strategy well over 300 Mil in Items alone(at least in NW) BA is a whole other Story due to the Random Drop System.
Can the Dead Zone be Jumped with Proper Funding. Answer: Yes and No. It is dependent on the Strategy and if there is a competitive player above the Dead Zone to Farm. Case in point Incompetent Duo farmed me through the Dead Zone. While I drudged though the Dead Zone for well over a month he pulled out of in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks.
