/ignore function question. (in General)

If you ignore someone, having to go to chat to do it, do you then get CM's from that person?

Or are all CM/PM blocked from that person.

I take it you can still see their forum posts.

all CM/PM will be blocked from that person.

And yes you can still see their forum posts, and still reply on them.

If you ignore someone and they send you a CM, do they get a notification that they are being ignored?

Or does the CM go through and they have no idea you never saw it.

I think this came up with me one time. I was ignored and sent a couple CMs to that person. Never got a reply (duh) but never knew why. Did not know I was ignored until months later.

I don't think they get that notice. I also do not know if the CM would just be rendered void or be unsent (in which you could now retract your CM manually)

I can confirm that they do not get a notification.

I'm thinking they should.

Also, is there a way to un-ignore someone from Chat Mail without using actual chat?

That feature would be nice too, Lord Bob, to un/ignore without entering Chat, for those who don't like going into the Chat.
