What's up with the Amulet of Junction (in General)

is it 100%, is it 90%, is it anywhere else?

All amulets have been changed (13th of March 2009) [2] to +10 versions which grant 100% junction effect. For the brief period before that after their introduction, they were randomly spawned between +1 and +10 (non forgeable, non blacksmithable), only granting 10% junction per level.

The wiki doesn't help me too much as I recall another changelog which indicated we should name them for the final 10%?

I believe they are 90%, yes, and the wiki was just mis-updated. Unless it happened while I was gone, I don't recall a changelog rescinding the 90% effect.

Yep a +9 acts as 90%, and for the full effect you need +10.

IIRC +9 still works as 100%.

GL is correct... NS never implemented the 90%

My total evasion never went down OB, nor have I ever missed a shot in round 6 of ranged.

my total evasion also never went down, is the same as the evasion on the minion using the Junctioning Amulet.
