Which sig looks best? (in Off-topic)

Hey everyone! I've made myself a forum signature for some other games, but I can't decide which one is best so I decided to ask around in forums. The difference between them is obviously still versus animated, and still text versus animated text. What do you prefer?

1. Still with 'animated' text:

I'm getting nothing but the little red Xs for images that aren't available...

Either 2 or 4. Leaning towards 4 though. What programs do you use, by the way?

4 is cool, but 3 is the least annoying :) Go with 4 on the games I don't play =P

I use the GIMP, that free open source Linux-thingy. Red x's mean your browser is doing something wrong, lol.

I'd pick 4. and why?

Everything still looks dull
All moving looks too much
flaming text = blech

From those choices, 4 is the least obtrusive. None advertise CB, though :(

Four looks the best, but in general I hate animated sigs on message boards. I'd reduce the size of three and use that, but keep four as is for other stuff.

4, except try making the text stick out a little more. Just without flames :).

Thanks guys, 4 it is. You know, it's really weird, when you've been working on an image for a few hours, you really lose track of what looks good and what doesn't :S Now I look at the flaming text and I think it's indeed just too much. Anyway, I can let the text of the fourth one stand out a bit more by slowly letting it grow in size. Might add that later on.
