Why can't I get your chatmail??? Oh... (in Changelog)

So there's a new list that hopefully works properly on the chatmail page regarding users you are currently ignoring. There's also an easier way to stop ignoring said users.

And yes, I realize that very soon, the request will come to add users to the ignore list via the same method instead of having to go into chat.

Well, you could always do that... it's just that now, you can undo it more easily (and see the list more easily, too).
