The Tournament Store is live, if you are participating in the tournament, you can give it a try. The prices are all at default values, though we do have control of them. Supporter items are also possible, but will rarely be used.

I thought regular tattoos aren't allowed in a tournament but all the tattoos in the store are regular ones.

They are available, but will be rarely used.

Every item in the game, even CB T-shirts, can be put into the store.
Whether they are available will depend on the specific tourney.
