Yuck. You couldn't pay me a mill just to light one of those nasty things, let alone try to smoke it in under that time.

When I was very young I could smoke a whole cigarette in about two and a half drags. Was amazingly cool then, now I just get queasy thinking about it. Yeah for quitting and not smelling (as) bad!

JW, no more of that (although I know you are joking) ... in that eating cigarettes is far more dangerous in the short term than smoking them. >;]

I used to dip back when I would kayak (the smokers would bring it since cigarette+water=fail). I quit after about 3-4 years of using it. Oddly enough, I picked it up again about five weeks ago. As white trash as it sounds, it's really enjoyable. But I do need to quit it again.

Scy They tested that on Mythbusters and it is a confirmed myth. There is a scientific reason with an actual term for you not burning yourself (too lazy to look it up) Basically the water forms a layer of insulation around your skin (for the brief period your hand is in molten metal)
