Truc's Contest #1 (in Contests)

Very simple (but very overdue) contest.

On the CB homepage there is a section titled "The Critics Rave". I would like to see a quote from this century.

Anyone (other than Jon/NS) who posts a CB review that Jonathan/NS deem worthy of that lofty status may pick from:


1) A Trollskin Armor [22] (+40) NW 2.535 mill.

or

2) A Mage Shield [0] (+36) NW 2.858 mill.

or

3) A Jigorokano Familiar lvl 273,869 NW 4.976 mill.


I really hope that these are worth something to the community and are worthy of great efforts. Even if they aren't, the goal is self-evident (my absolute favorite hyphenated word...ever)...promote CB!!

You are not "finding" a quote. You are "writing" one.

An example to set the tone:

"I would give several players the key to my home. The rest of them...not so much."

Another: "Some games have community, others have competition. Carnage Blender is the rare blend of both."

"Where else can you do a lot of clicking, discuss things in forums, and casually pass the time. NOWHERE! That's why Carnage Blender is the BEST!"

Props to Sutekh. Always a top talent when it comes to *almost* all definitions of the word "letters". Not sure about #9 though. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/letters. I'll offer a few more: 1) If Carnage Blender had a theme song, it would have to be "Hotel California" (You can log out anytime but you can never leave) 2) Carnage Blender is pleasant quicksand in the MMORPG desert. 3) Carnage Blender: Phone-Free Texting!!!
