Returning to the game -- Question about drops (in General)

So, I haven't played (consistantly) for quite some time... I was reading up about drops in the changelog, but I couldn't seem to find a post about how many fights it takes, on average, to receive a drop... Although I could be blind and have missed it all together lol. Anywho, can anyone tell me about how often drops occur, in a BA:Drop ratio? (I couldn't find anything in the wiki pages either, but again, I could be blind...) Thanks! =)

It's not often enough to be noticable. ;)

I've gotten one drop in six months of on and off BA burning. And it was a Katana. You'll not be amused.

it is triggered by winning a fight. maximize your chances by using all ba and winning.

Random Drops.......eh be happy if you get a good one is the best thing I can say......lol

They are very random between the players so some get 1 since the start otherwise have nearly 10. You just have to get lucky :)

NightStrike tweaked the drop rate a few times, so it's difficult to say the current rate. But "rarely" is a safe bet. It might take a couple of months for your first drop.

I've been tracking my drops since the last change and have gotten 1 drop about every 4000 fights.

It took me over 13k fights to get my first drop, an Adam. *shrug*

Proper protocol states that you should spend a set of BA, then begin whining if you haven't gotten one yet :P I believe you're also supposed to flame any changes you didn't like around the time that the drop system was made, by blaming it on the drop system... It doesn't make any sense to me, but proper is proper, and the penalty for breaking protocol is less stress and more enjoyment from the game. Nobody wants that! Welcome back! ^_^

Let's just say it's taken me over a year to get my first drop...

I needed a Corn, I got a Corn dropped. I still think the drop system sucks. ;)
