When do YOU take someone off list? (in General)

miteke [Superheros] July 18 2010 8:35 AM EDT

Sometimes I have an opponent that I lose to occasionally, but I keep them on my fight list. I usually do this if they are the in the top 5% of my fight list. I figure the Score gain is worth the loss of clan points and experience in the long run. At what percentage of losses do YOU remove a valuable opponent from your fight list?

AdminShade July 18 2010 8:40 AM EDT

I don't often have people giving me a bonus in my fight list but when most do, I remove those who don't.

TheShazbot July 18 2010 8:40 AM EDT

If my win percentage is around 80+%, I keep them around.

If I have more than 5 people on my list, I'll take a person off immediately when I lose. If I have less than 5 than I'll usually keep them if my win percent is over 80%.

Ankou July 18 2010 9:35 AM EDT

My cut off is >80% win gets cut.

Wraithlin July 18 2010 10:18 AM EDT

not until they send me a cm crying.

Admindudemus [jabberwocky] July 18 2010 10:26 AM EDT

it depends on many factors for me. challenge bonus is one. whether i straight up lose, stalemate (no xp for me) or draw (at least i get xp too). if they have an ncb or nub it doesn't really matter if i give them some xp as they will pass me up anyway but if they are a non bonus character i really don't want to give them free xp.

if my win percentage for any of these fall below 90 percent then i really need a good reason to keep them in my list.

Anything less than 100% removes them from my list. Right now I lose 1 out of ten fights against Zenai and I've never had him on my list for more than a few fights.

Zenai [Cult of the Valaraukar] July 18 2010 10:44 AM EDT

Don't feel bad nov it's the same for MonkeyMandate as well concerning me. I suppose that is the way it is when you want a 100% win ratio against targets. My bottom line depends, Big Exp Time I try to keep it as close to 100% as possible the rest of the time I try to keep it at 85-90%.

FailBoat[SG] [Forever Alone] July 18 2010 11:07 AM EDT

I don't have a fight list. <.<

Demigod July 18 2010 12:05 PM EDT

82-85% out of habit

AdminNemesia [Demonic Serenity] July 18 2010 12:17 PM EDT

Anything below 99% is a no no for me. Usually 99% means I drop them too.

BadFish July 18 2010 1:46 PM EDT

I never favoritify an opponent I lose to, but I'll let someone stay on my fight list until the challenge bonus is under -10%. There just aren't enough beatable targets down under 100k.

Marlfox [Cult of the Valaraukar] July 18 2010 2:38 PM EDT

Anything under 95% for me.

Marlfox [Cult of the Valaraukar] July 18 2010 2:49 PM EDT

*90%

AdminTal Destra July 18 2010 3:14 PM EDT

if i lose to someone twice in a row, i don't fight them again

miteke [Superheros] July 18 2010 3:23 PM EDT

I generally make my cut off 90%, but only if they give me a significant score boost. I've never done the math, but I would guess that your top opponent on your fight list gives you a 1-2% bonus on all your fights because your score goes up faster and does not drop as quickly, and you do not rob your opponents of as much score.

AdminTitan [The Sky Forge] July 18 2010 5:55 PM EDT

I keep the 3-5 highest challenge bonus giving opponents that I beat 100%. Remove everyone else.

Ankou July 20 2010 1:31 AM EDT

It also depends on how much BA you have to use, for me, I'm at 9/20 with 216 free BA a day, so I'm a little more liberal about my win%. when I get to 6/20 with buying BA, i will require more than the 80% win that I do now.
