How do I pay someone with paypal? (in Off-topic)

I'm buying a spoiler for my car (actually the 2nd one but other one I collected myself) and the guy is living in Glasgow and will send it over to me.

I want to buy with paypal (have an account) but have no clue on how to do that.

Do I need to put money on my paypal account or can it withdraw money from my bank account?

If you have the bank account tied to the paypal account, it should auto-withdraw if the paypal account is empty.

You need to have a credit card or bank account linked. Get the paypal email of the person you are sending it to. Then click transfer funds. Fill out the information, email and amount. There will be a fee. If you click gift there is no fee on your end but the receiver will then pay the fee instead. Hope this helps.

Don't send the money as a gift otherwise you have no comeback.

I can send the money after I received what I ordered :)
