Why is CB so slow. (in General)

The last few days I have noticed Cb has been incredibly slow for me and others. Just making sure the powers that be are aware.

I am also curious as to why! why must I suffer like this!!! "ahhhhhhhhh"
/me crys to the sky on his knees with his fist clenched and arms spread.

Is it still running slow today? It seems to have improved dramatically for me.

slower than ever for me right now. takes years to blow BA

It was slow for me on Friday but since then I haven't had an issue.
