Currently I'm going for 5 mil MPR and 10 mil level on my tattoo. I'm wondering the following:

Sorry, that might have been unclear. Your MTL is already larger than Sut's, but he's at 5M MPR. Meaning you should be over 5M MPR.

your MPR went up about 30k and your tattoo went up about 80k from last.
I reckon its a safe bet to go the tattoo.
