Currently I'm going for 5 mil MPR and 10 mil level on my tattoo. I'm wondering the following:
What will hit it's mark first?
probably pretty close but i believe your tat will get there first.
Sorry, that might have been unclear. Your MTL is already larger than Sut's, but he's at 5M MPR. Meaning you should be over 5M MPR.

I've got a named tattoo yes and no, I do not have (much) untrained experience. only 20k or so.

it's getting close, but both are :O
your MPR went up about 30k and your tattoo went up about 80k from last.
I reckon its a safe bet to go the tattoo.

I've had a lot of time where I simply haven't been able to get online and burn BA this year. There was one point earlier on in the year when it looked like I might overtake your MPR. But now I'm this:
