I will be paying Tal for Tat Leveling Services:

A Rune of Solitude lvl 11,120,455 $201,646,768 NW

The Price is 20 Months of Leveling since I'm doing it at 70% Straight and paying off his debt with Nat (10.1 Mil). The Tattoo will be available for sending at any time however the Tat would still belong to me until services are rendered and considered complete.

Confirm and I will get this deal rolling.

Since I have to take an unknow amount of time off this deal is postponed until I get back and am able to play competitively again. The Stipulations in the OP still apply.
