When you're running a Jig team it's not just dex that raises. So those become very useful in a battle.

What's the dex when they're on?
very nice, what is the most hits per round you have gotten. i think you got 7 against my tankwall.

Well, technically, on an ELB all you need is +401 after being modified by all effects (leadership, mostly) to get 7 hits occasionally (1% of the time, that is)... so with a huge ToA (to boost NW of the bow on the +) and big AoL/BoF on the front minion, that's quite doable probably even with a +280 bow, let alone a +297.
