Item idea Amulet of Restoration (in General)

very simple yet revolutionary Upgrade costs that of an EX/Axbow X

On equip: this iten grants a restoration effect on all minions every other round clear all in battle bonuses and detrimental effects each + will be mathed to equal the x on an exbow or axbow effect and will also nullify any TSA regen Haste GS GA AS on the entire team. Also equipping this item will negate AMF EC DM on the wearer only. Last but not least this is a team slot and will not permit any other Amulets team wide.


Thoughts?

I.. don't understand what it does?

simple if a minion on your team is hit with a drain (think ax/exbow it will restore you to normal Str/Dex

I think it's UP, there's currently better ways to combat the exbow then the above. Yes it gives you a direct counter to it, but that's all it does, and it hinders you a great deal.

How about this amulet makes every exbow it faces blow up into a million little shards of wood, never to be made whole again.

Wait wait wait, this would allow you to Cast EOs while having defense against them? This would highly benefit my Set up as a SM, I use DM, HP, Str, Dex as my staples......oh yeah baby bring it on!!!

I was stating what was obvious to everyone. The idea is there still there to be debated.

Seems overly complicated for one little problem. Usually simpler ideas are better when solving a problem.

negates EO (thinking mainly of EC for me) & restores lost xbow drains (woot!!)...for the loss of TsA regen (which I can't use with ToA,) no ED (which I have chosen not to use,) & no other amulets (again don't have any use for with my current set-up except maybe an AoL but i digress) & it works on a linear upgrade (same as ex/axbow x upgrade)???????????.....I would trash my AoM so quick its not funny

Make this a piece of armor(in line with BoE) rather than an amulet.

Q: In this instance OP = Original Poster

And in my personal opinion the ExBbows behavior makes it a 1/0 Weapon so it either sucks completely or freaking rules completely (against certain opponents of course). So in short just like everything else once at a certain level it is indeed OP(in this instance Over Powered).
