It'd be nice if we could separate retired chars and non-retired chars when looking at char standings through MPR/Score/PR etc...

Yes, yes and HELL YES!!!
I think this has been asked for numerous times. At least 20 at last count.
I think this is filed just behind Z's total clan point request :)
If the database and querying is done through MySQL or probably any sql this would be the easiest change known to man... harder than getting the list would just be making another page for them, but you could just copy the html from the other page. Fex, Lamu, I'm right here right? What is the databasing done in?
That's just one small tiny piece of the entire thing, Titan. If it were that trivial, I'd have done it years ago.
Could you explain it to me in cm's then. B/c I don't see why it would be at least no that difficult. You're surely querying the db to get the info already present in the list right? Why couldn't you alter that query?

Quick and dirty solution - create a new "higher tier" realm and move all INACTIVE characters in that realm (if they come back, realm is reassigned based on age like normal).
Should work, no ?
There are too many assumptions in the game on realms to easily add a new one, especially with a different purpose.
Already asked for a separation of T/Retired chars years ago (at least 2 years ago from me) and was told it would be looked into but would not be as simple as just throwing another realm up. My thought was a Hall of Fame for Retired, 1 year or more Inactive Players and T-Chars, it boils down to the same thing though. Many asked again on the original 100 Papercuts Thread to which there was a bit more of an answer if I remember right. Would still like it to happen though.
