He's getting double hits on 259 evasion, the ELB is amazing

His ELB is only about 111ish. Imagine if he boosted it to 200ish?

If his elbow is that small, (which it is I just checked) then he would benefit no more from a +220 elbow, than a +111 elbow. He'd need to up his pth to over like 230 or 240 before he saw a difference since nov is already blowing away all his pth.

The double hits are almost exclusively due to the 3x dex advantage.

I suspect, before penalties, Z has a 170ish dex Chance to Hit.

Yeah, looks like only another 20M into the pth of his bow could make a noticeable difference. Although equipping an AoI is still much easier.

By my best guess it's around 350M NW, which would add 116M or so, which would put him at right around what you said.

It's caused by the 100bth of the ELB, plain and simple

I am sure that the 100BTH of the ELB is countered by the penalty of the earliest missile rounds.

Remove the ranged penalty and move the ELB base to 60 and you would have the same results.
