Who needs friends with enemies like this. (in General)

Okay, so everyone knows Joel. Joel keeps items unequipped so he can farm a single person and maximize his rewards. great tactic. i actually like it. but having no items equipped mean others can farm him nicely too.

Part of this game is deciding which items to use, how to build your character, how many minions, how much nw, and a variety of other things. quiet complex i guess when you really get into it.

Some people even have Offensive armor and Defensive armor that they change all the time.

So if you decide to leave your items un-equipped so you can farm a person and get a better CB% and someone farms you so they can get a better CB% is that not PART of the game. IS that not a GOOD tactic to farm someone that is fighting, I remember it happening TONS!! lazy or easier which ever re-equip/un-equip is a CHOICE YOU the PERSON that owns the character has to make. put the items on when your done, or don't.

Now, say you want to farm someone that you can't beat when they have there items equipped. you wouldn't attack them and lose over and over because thats dumb. If you wanted to farm them YES you could offer them money to take the items off so you could farm them, YES another GOOD IDEA.

NOW, if you say wanted someone to not farm you so you could continue to not have to equip those items and not have to go through the hassle of equipping and unequipping, compensation to the person you wish not to farm you would seem reasonable right? YES! or you could guilt trip them and say they aren't your friend anymore....

So, does 10k a week not to farm someone sound fair when they want 500k for you TO be able farm them, so they can take the easier way out and not only make an extra 500k a week but continue to not have to un-equip/re-equip items like the rest of us SO they can get extra CB%? NO its not fair.

Which brings me to the point of breaking friendships and guilt tripping someone to not attack them, when they offer no compensation, and want 500k.. NO that is not a friend that is a joke..

This game is about attacking and winning, why should i not take advantage of a person that CHOOSES not to equip items so they can defend against someone attacking them so they can get a better bonus. WHY should i not get a better bonus for beating someone that CHOOSES not to equip items to stop people from attacking them.

Im sorry but Im not paying someone to be ALLOWED to attack them especially when they REFUSE to equip the items to stop me becuase they are lazy or it makes THEIR life harder. If you dont' want me to attack you PAY ME not to attack you since you want me to PAY you to attack you... Otherwise, equip your items to stop me from attacking you and stop complaining that someone half your mpr beat you when you have NO items... not to mention it was 1 stupid fight, and what 3 lost after that, after the items were re-equipped.

And take your PM's about friendships being broken and your guilt trip alley to someone else, i geat treated like crap by enough people in my life i dont' need it here. If you dont' want to be my friend because i won't stop attacking you FOR FREE when you want me to pay you to attack you, well obviously your not my friend.

I mean seriously who needs friends with enemies like you. sorry.

I do not see why you are not entitled to farm his character for free with no gear. This probably wont be your last fight with an internet friend.

Every aspect is part of the game. How people react and how people are treated depends on their own actions. But in terms of game play its all "fair"

Heck it would still be fair to call a crusade and try to gather people to farm some clan or whatever. Whether people will like you afterwards... that's on you.

If you unequip items to better your rewards and someone fights and beats you while you are naked then that is part of the game. If you don't like being beaten because you are naked then put your equipment on.

Wait Wait... does that mean I should ''charge'' the people that attack me and win?? It was my understanding that was all part of the game... but what do I know just like I thought there was a rule that names were to be PG... *shrug*

All I've been saying is that its perfectly valid for you to tell people to pay for attacking you, but its up to them to take you seriously or stop talking to you etc.

I have paid to farm someone before...and it was more so that I was able to farm said person faster. Said person helped me make my 1 person farm list go by in about 5 minutes. We made arrangements and were both happy.

Remember that for the most part this community is friendly and nice however the very nature of this game is to compete vs everyone else. I am not exactly sure what you are trying to say as I am easily confused but if asking someone to stop farming you and they don't. There is not much you can do but change your strategy. If it's vice versa and you are the one farming. Then you are on your NCB and will probably pass them soon and they wont be worth farming anymore and the situation will resolve itself. That last statement should apply either way.

that is what started all this. When joel has his RoE on I can mop the floor with him.. which pissed him off even though he spewed crap about how I can't beat him. When he has his ToA on I can't beat him.

Love it or hate it, the fight feed is actually your friend. If you see your name scrolling by on the losing side, STOP FIGHTING. If you care enough to sport two types of gear, put on your defensive set.

I just watch my score. If it goes down while I am fighting and winning, then I am being attacked.

I think the issue here is that Joel is pissed of he has to change back and forth from his ToA to defend and this RoE to make more exp and grow faster.

Not my problem! if you want to leave your RoE on Im going to farm you! plain and simple and i said that in chat this morning. Im not going to pay you so you can be whatever and keep your RoE equipped all the time.

If you (Joel) want me to stop attacking you so you can wear your RoE all the time pay me. and pay me 500k since thats what you want me to pay you to be allowed to farm you. well guess what Im allowed to farm who i wish.

seems fair to me.

I am not sure how many people understand your post considering some of their replies seem like they only get half of it. Either way L3G0, I agree with your points. However, my only problem is you ended up taking a private dispute and making it public, but I can also understand that people can enraging at times. Instead I would have just farmed the person harder until they raged quite >:].

few weeks? lol, your more then a few behind me, and i'll be starting over before then. i have been using this ncb to collect items so i can start a new one and make a real-ish run for the top 50. And honestly I've been only fighting clan members and all of them give me negative bonus, so its not like i've been trying hard.

Last year, someone threatened me to stop attacking lest I feel his clan's wrath. I attacked him even more. His clan fired back, and we all halted after a couple days of mild amusement. And that's just it -- it was amusing. This is, after all, a game. If Joel turns into a mobster, get a clan (or hire a crew) to drop his CP into oblivion. Have fun with it; start a clan war.

Your first rant about the exbow caused you to be fined for inappropriate language, which is definitely the wrong choice of words in the delivery of your opinion. In the second post, even though you are in the right, you attempt to discredit Joel publicly by using his name and bringing to light a private issue between two individuals.
