How does Tournament BA work? (in General)

Currently, I'm showing as having 160, but if I try to fight is won't let me, and takes me tot he out of BA page. I can't purchase any more, as Tournament Character aren't allowed to. :/

How will I spend the 4799 BA I have remaining?

GL, unless you use Tournament BA it will show your normal BA. so if you didn't spend any BA with your normal char, it will always show 160.

You start with 160, the limit is 4800 total BA spent for the tourney. The BA regen is the normal rate for whatever X/20 your T-char is currently at.

Personally I think it should've been a 1600 BA start, because I don't think many of us will actually hit 4800 fights. I'm not even at 1600 yet after a little over 2 days.

^ Oh yeah and there is that little bug that came about a few months ago when the fight feed was brought back where Tourney BA sometimes gets replaced by your regular BA, but its just a visual error, refreshing that frame or swapping characters usually corrects it for a while.

It's odd, I don't know if anyone ever brought that up to NS, but its been there for the past few tourneys.

I'm fighting on my T85 character [T85]Shenkt, and I've fought 180 battles.

I'm actually at zero BA, but am showing to be at 160 BA.

I have 4620 Tournament BA remaining.

I haven't fought any BA on my 'normal' characters.

^ Lol that pretty much sums up all the data I can possibly think of.

Oh one more thing, the Tourney BA Remaining number doesn't update itself as you fight, you have to manually refresh for that to fix itself.

Just fought another 10 BA.

It did swap to count down automatically, once I started fighting (But was showing 160 instead of 10 to start), but would flit back and forth to my 'normal' BA.

is the 160 ba showing the unsed BE of your non tourny characters - try fighting a few fights with your main team to lower that ba then when you fight with your tourny team it will flash back to your mains ba score (now less that 160) when not fighting - no i dont know how to explain that in less words :P

^ Yes the 160 is from his other characters, he doesn't fight with them.

You can just substitute the 160 that GL sees for whatever your current BA is on your normal character. IE: If my regular character had 80 BA, that's what I'd be seeing every time the bug happened.

well, same over here, but for me it was 'A Feature and not a BUG' ;-)))

.. though I always know how many BA's my normal char has and i won't forget to burn those BA as well while investing most of my time into the tourney char.
