Life Update (in Off-topic)

Hi guys and girls glad to see a new weapon come into the mix be nice to see how it goes in game.

Been a busy month for me and thought it worth telling.

Bad news my grandfather passed away on Monday a great man with heaps of stories from he's younger days that he loved to tell to anyone with a willing ear may he be reunited with my nan and may they be at everlasting peace.

On the other hand Good news I have officially been snagged hook line and sinker and am now married to my beautiful partner and eternal soul-mate as of the 20th of April. Worked out well flew my brother over so my Granddad managed to see all of us one more time and he got to see at least one grandchild get married.

And secondly my Daughter is due in 4 weeks may the count down begin until she arrives and so ends the world as i know it :)

I hope all u guys in this great community are traveling safely and well and may i continue to linger around for some time still.

P.S. I have fallen into the trap of renovating wile expecting and can i recommend that no one follow this path :P

Sorry to hear about your grandfathers passing, at least he got to see you all before he pass as well as seeing you get married.

As far as everything else, congratulations and congratulations! Exciting stuff for sure. Not that I have any children of my own as of yet, but lots of my friends do (they also have Daughters!), and my sister has 4 kids total. I know that will completely flip your world around as I've watched it happen time and time again.

I hope everything is going fantastic and I send you and your loved ones my best wishes!

My condolences on your grandfather's passing. It's always difficult to have a part of one's life no longer be filled with that of a loved one.

Congratz on the marriage and the little one on the way! Renovations this late in the game = bad juju. I hope it works out for you........

It was heartbreaking not having my grandparents for Emma's birth, there's so much I'd like to show them and say to them now, if I ever had the chance again.

As for renevating, we've only just got the baby's room ready (luckily as he's now 3 days over, and I'll be sleeping in there!), but I had Emma helping paint the walls and radiator.

5 year olds and paint! ;)

hehe I too just got the babies room done, got to put the cot together now, had the tiler in yesterday doing the kitchen and laundry now onto the main bedroom :)

:) We had our Bathroom done recently, and needed our garden fences done at the start of the year, where unsually high winds knocked them down.

Latest project is lights, as the fixtures we had when we moved in were old and broken, and they have finally given up the ghost. Our kicthen was in darkness for a while.

It never ends!

Sorry to hear that your grandpa is gone now, But remember; as a grandfather, he most probably would've wished you would never be sad(?), so make his wish come true!
