Yeah, not sure I like it, tho.

that's sweet, it is a rather long tag, might making it short to 3 characters and the clan admin can set the tag. kinda like when you play call of duty.

Its neat, I just think it looks a little weird where its placed right now. Unfortunately I have no suggestions on how to rectify that.

No matter how it is I still like the fact that Clans have some kind of representation in their members names :-D

If there was more control over how it looks by the Clan Leaders that would be awesome but I'll just be thankful for what we have now!

Originally, I was going to make it a small font and place it under the pictures on the left in the forums. But, I thought it was better over the post, because there's a lot of unused space there. Not sure. I'm open to suggestions if people want to provide html mockups.

The position I like, I'm still trying to get used to how the names are fully spelled out. Maybe it's just me but I would prefer acronyms of some kind.

Smaller text and could do without the brackets.

I vote to keep the brackets, but yes to one font size smaller.

I was thinking the clan tag should be in front of the name.

Form follows function, therefore names first.

I could do with maybe a smaller font. And this might be me only, but it's irritating that names are underlined, then nothing, then underline again under the clan text. T_T Maybe this could be alleviating with a smaller font size though.

You could just make the regular name in bold like this and shorten the clan name to Initials. Granted I know this is VERY basic compared to what you have behind the scenes but I am learning.....reading an HTML site right now :-D

I think that having the gap underlined would just make it look too crowded. The space gives a needed distance from all the text. However, completely removing the underlines might be better. All that colorful text stands out enough on its own, and removing the underlines entirely might help to clean it up aesthetically.

Regardless, I like the change. :)

as for the spacing~we could always throw a tilde in there~you can never get enough tildes and there aren't enough used. ; )

Yeah, but then you'd need some type of letter reading algorithm to make sure the letters are actually in the name, unless there's no type of checking and you could have a person give their clan any initials, which you'll get things like "USUX" or "SPAZZ" or "WEED" having nothing to do with the clan.

True or you could simply have Admins Blast the Clan out of existence. There will always be people trying to troll in some way, even now I bet if you checked Clan Names there are a few questionable ones.
